Wouldn't it been sad if Canada had a crush on someone else (Let's say America.). When he meets America before the world meeting, like 'Hi Alfred. How are you doing?'  and he doesn't notice him and just walks past him to England. Disheartened, he goes into the meeting room and when he enters, he sees a single rose on the table where his place is. He looks around for Alfred, ready to thank him for being so thoughtful, but when he looks up, he sees France waving at him. He smiles outwardly while sighing again inside.

"Another Valentine forgotten." He thinks, because he knows that France doesn't see him anymore than a 'brother'.
